By accessing or using the TEETHYS website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you may not use the Site or purchase from it.

2. Product Information

We aim to display accurate product details, including colors, sizing, measurements, and descriptions. However:

  • product colors may vary based on lighting and display screens

  • measurements may have minor tolerances

  • descriptions and content may contain unintentional errors or omissions

All product images are for representation and may not exactly match the delivered product.

3. Orders & Payments

a. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. TEETHYS may accept or reject orders at its discretion for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • limited stock

  • pricing errors

  • payment verification issues

  • suspected fraud

  • logistical impossibility

b. Pricing & Payment

Prices listed on the Site are listed in INR and exclude shipping, handling, and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing and payment information. Orders are only processed after successful payment authorization from the relevant payment provider.

Payment methods include (as applicable): prepaid, UPI, card payments, wallets, or COD.

TEETHYS reserves the right to update pricing, offers, or payment options without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

a. Shipping Locations

We ship to select pin codes within India. Availability may vary based on courier network.

b. Delivery Timelines

 

Estimated delivery time: 6–8 working days from order dispatch (non-guaranteed). Preorders are subject to their own unique timelines.

Delays may occur due to:

  • courier logistics

  • weather conditions

  • route disruptions

  • high-volume periods

  • regulatory or operational issues

c. Risk of Loss

Liability transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the shipping carrier. TEETHYS is not responsible for parcels lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed after carrier possession.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by the TEETHYS Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including artwork, designs, logos, photos, videos, code, campaigns, and product visuals — is owned by TEETHYS and protected under applicable IP laws.

No part of the content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or exploited without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEETHYS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from:

  • use of the Site

  • purchase of products

  • inability to use the Site

  • errors in product information

  • shipping or delivery issues

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

9. Amendments

TEETHYS may modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
