Preorder and Custom Items

All preorder and custom-made products are specifically created based on your order details.

Due to the bespoke nature of these pieces, preorder and custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once the order has been placed.

Production for custom and preorder items begins immediately after the order is confirmed. This includes material allocation, design setup, and fabrication, which prevents any alteration or cancellation.

Estimated delivery timelines for preorder products will be mentioned on the product page. Please review them carefully before placing your order.
Ready-to-Ship Products

Orders for ready-to-ship (non-preorder) items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once the order is packaged or dispatched, cancellation cannot be accommodated.
Refunds & Exchanges

Teethys does not offer refunds or exchanges on preorder or custom products unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

In rare cases of product defect or damage, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details for review.
Order Modifications

Custom order details (such as color choices, sizing, engraving, etc.) cannot be modified once the order is confirmed.
